Pursuant to Article 6., paragraph 1., point 3. of the Hospitality and Catering Industry (Official Gazzette nr. 130/17) we hereby inform you that complains regarding the quality of our service can be submitted in :

  • written form in business premises

The complainant's complaint against the service provider without delay in writing will confirm the receipt of the complaint and in reply to the objection within 15 days from the day of receipt of the objection.
